SAMPLE POLICY
I love to share products I think my readers will love on social media or on the blog. I do accept products for trial and review. Sending a sample does not guarantee a review, blog or social media mention, nor does it guarantee a positive review. If sent a sample I love that naturally fits into a social media/blog post, I am happy to give it a shout out and link. If you send a product or sample that I do not like for any reason, I will not share it. All opinions expressed in products reviews are honest. I do not accept compensation to provide a positive review.
DISCLOSURE POLICY
On Simply Eat Cake, I may review products or services and share my opinion. Regardless of compensation, all thoughts and opinions are my own. If a product is reviewed for compensation, monetary or otherwise, this information will be disclosed. If I review a product for a company and do not like it, usually I will not share it on the blog, or I will discuss my thoughts with the company prior to posting. If I discuss a product and no financial ties are disclosed, that means there are no financial ties to disclose.
Simply Eat Cake accepts sponsored posts from brands/companies that align with my ethics and food philosophy. Sponsored posts are disclosed in the post. The information I share in sponsored posts will always reflect my personal thoughts and opinions.
